Here’s to the kids who love music more than people,

The kids who remember the lyrics to a song easier than their English essay,

Those of us who not only listen to the words, but understand the deeper meaning,

That group who know, after having the worst day, music will save them,

Those people that recognise, when words fail, music speaks,

Remember, music is not only a song with a few words which have a rhyme,

But a poem with a deeper meaning, a hidden message,

Here’s to the kids who love music more than people.
